Throughout his career, Jason Turchin has handled over 4,500 cases and continues to represent clients with a variety of legal problems, issues and cases. After dedicating many years of his career to helping those injured or killed as a result of accidents, injury cases, cruise injuries, wrongful death and crime, Jason Turchin expanded his practice to include will drafting, commercial litigation, entertainment law, business transactions, real estate and family law.

Jason was one of the youngest attorneys to argue a case before the 3rd District Court of Appeals when he was just 28 years old. By the time he was 31, he was invited to join the Million Dollar Advocates Forum after obtaining his first settlement in excess of $1,000,000.00. By 35, he was recognized as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers, a designation limited to no more than 2.5 percent of all Florida lawyers under 40 or in practice less than 10 years. Jason continues to zealously represent his clients and has secured more than $30,000,000.00 in personal injury and wrongful death settlements for his clients. He takes great pride in his work and in customer service to make his clients feel more at ease with whatever legal question or case they have.

Prior to starting the Law Offices of Jason Turchin, Jason was a lead attorney with Bernstein and Maryanoff, LLC in Miami, Florida where he handled an active caseload of over 900 litigation and presuit cases at a time. Before joining Jack Bernstein and Neil Maryanoff, Jason worked for Attorney Roy Black's firm, Black, Srebnick, Kornspan and Stumpf in downtown Miami.
Jason is a graduate of University of Miami School of Law and holds an undergraduate degree from University of Maryland at College Park.
