ABOUT US - FLORIDA PERSONAL INJURY ATTORNEY

Jason Turchin is proud to dedicate his practice to helping those injured or killed as a result of accidents, injury cases, negligence, wrongful death and crime. Throughout his career, Jason has settled over 2,300 accident, injury and wrongful death cases totaling more than $25,000,000.00.

At just 28 years old, Jason was one of the youngest attorneys to argue a case before the 3rd District Court of Appeals. By the time he was 31, he was invited to join the Million Dollar Advocates Forum for his first settlement in excess of $1,000,000.00.

To date, Jason continues to zealously represent his clients in pursuit of their best interests, not his. Jason takes great pride in his work and in customer service to make his clients feel more at ease during a difficult time.

Prior to starting the Law Offices of Jason Turchin, Jason was an attorney with Bernstein and Maryanoff, LLC in Miami, Florida where he handled an active caseload of over 900 litigation and presuit cases. Before joining Jack Bernstein and Neil Maryanoff, Jason worked for Roy Black's firm, Black, Srebnick, Kornspan and Stumpf in downtown Miami.

Jason is a graduate of University of Miami School of Law and University of Maryland at College Park.
